The 48 Express deck plan shows a wide, uncluttered forward deck sweeping back to the curved bridge deck area. All-around visibility for the captain is excellent, and there's a matching helm seat for the first mate. The command bridge deck is all comfort, with matching L-shaped settees that feature storage underneath. Here, the captain, crew and guests can enjoy being together in air conditioned comfort while they're cruising or fishing. The large cockpit is designed for serious fishing with a built-in baitwell, fish box, and room for a fighting chair. Additional amenities include a cockpit freezer and refrigerator. Down below, two arrangements are offered. Plan "A" features one stateroom and a salon with sofa. Plan "B" features a guest stateroom with stacked berths. Both arrangements include a dinette area adjacent to the L-shaped galley.
