Construction/Exterior
     Two-piece seamless construction featuring a Buddy Davis™ split hull mold with solid fiberglass bottom, Divinycell® cored fiberglass hull sides a one-piece reinforced fiberglass super structure with foredeck, cabin and bridge and a one-piece fiberglass reinforced cockpit. All exterior above water-line finishes areAwlcraft®2000. Below waterline finish is epoxy blister protect sealant with Awlstar® bottom coat. Lazarette and engine room are faired and top-coated with Awlcraft®2000 white paint. Salon deck, forward cabin deck and cockpit deck are reinforced with Nydacore® vacuum bag construction. Main interior bulkheads are lightweight Nydacore® with solid fiberglass reinforcement to structural bonding surfaces.Lower guardrails and upper shear guards are solid fiberglass with stainless steel rubrail protective molding.
     All exterior cleats are reinforced with solid metal backing plates.
      All underwater appendages are bonded and main struts are reinforced with fiberglass and bronze backing plates.
