Buddy Davis BoatWorks Inc., Wanchese, North Carolina, has named Rusty Kelley president. Kelley is a former sinior executive with Yamaha and president of Skeeter and Glaston Boats. With his appointment as president, Jeff Dickson has become chief executive officer. Bobby Reese has joined the company's sales and marketing department as factory captain. He will support new/brokerage boat sales through participation in boat shows, fishing tournaments and sea trials.
