New
company president, Jeff Dickson, in collaboration with noted naval
architect Don Bount, has announced that five new models for the
year 2001 are currently under construction at the recently expanded
Buddy Davis headquarters in Wanchese, North Carolina. The builder is already
on target to build 20 boats in 2001 and projects at least 30 for
the following year. The new models include the 45 Express, 50 Express,
the 50 Sportfisherman, 58 Sportfisherman and the flagship 70 Sportfisherman.
